Unable to access Blueyonder email

Suddenly can longer access my emails or log into virgin media.com says it does'nt recognise me email address or password, when I did get to a page it asked me to input my customer account are reference and date of birth it said we are having problems try again later!!!!!

Did it actually accept your account reference before it gave the error message? Can you still log into your broadband account?

I'd like to take a look into this for you.
