URGENT NTL world hacked URGENT

Hi all. I am an ex customer of virgin media, I have a long standing NTLWORLD account which has been hacked and I have now lost access to it, I cannot log in to change passwords and I need my NTL world account shutting diwn immediatly, Please help me, I am losing out financially, Police involved

Jumping in here - this is happening to me too as we speak - police also involved this end. Yet Virgin doesn’t call me back! Urgently need help here to close this account down.
