It solved it for me. Don’t know how, or why, but it did.
Logged in using Firefox to change my password, then went back to Chrome, logging in using my new password, and it worked. It’s a bit slow, if I’m honest, but it does work, and I can now access my emails the same way I always did. I’ve also logged in and out of Chrome, since going back to it, and it’s worked each time.
I’ve now uninstalled Firefox as I hope I won’t need it again🤞🏼.
Hi Katie, Thanks for replying. I am getting the same message when I try to access mail through Chrome. I can get my mail through Firefox But much prefer Chrome as a Browser. I have tried several times to get rid of my cookies by using Ccleaner. After I have done this the only way I can change my password Is on Firefox and then go into Chrome and try and access my mail but it never works. If i'm doing something wrong please let me know,
