Got a new phone and have set up my Hotmail account in the email app but trying to link up my ntlworld email too like the old phone.
When I put the password in it just says sign in failed, no reason. I've changed the password so I know it's correct and I've looked at the server settings on the old phone and they match.
Can anyone help because I'm not too clued up on these things.
Cheers

Thank you for confirming, this Johnritchie313, are you able to change your password for this and see if you are able to log in?
What make/mode is your new and old handset?

Hi Johnritchie313,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the community.
I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you've been having with your email address.
Can you please confirm if you have been able to sign into the email address on other devices?

Sorry that you've not been able to sign into your email on your new devices.
Can you advise what error message you get when trying to sign in? Do you get the same message on both the smart watch and mobile?

Don't use smart watch. I get the message to sign on to my email, but I don't know the password. Also there is not an option to have a link sent to myself.

Just to let you know, I am still receiving my emails on my old handset, but not on my upgrade phone.

Thanks for coming back to us @Johnritchie313.
Is the email address that you referring to the primary account address for your online account login?
Have you been able to change your password as my colleague suggested?
