My wife died in november 2020 and everything is being switched off at midnight tonight, she was the account holder
i couldn't transfer as i wasn't sure i would be able to afford it at the time
I have set up a new account that will start in february will i be able to keep my old blueyonder address that i have had for 20 years or so
It may be possible for the VM team to arrange a 'move and transfer' between the accounts, although I believe they may have a different set of procedures where a bereavement is involved.
In view of the nature of this request I will escalate it to the team so that they can add it to their priority queue and get it allocated to the most appropriate team.
