Good Evening, we have had a major issue for the last month with our VM service. To cut a long story short, we had to cancel our existing contract with VM, which we had done 15 year and open a new account. This has resolved the issues we had with our services, however, we have been told that we will not have access to our original email addresses after 90 days, can our existing VM email addresses be transferred to our new VM account?
Provided all parties concerned with the old and new account can clear account authentication with the VM team then I would think that a move and transfer of email from the old to the new account should be possible.
Unless if course the previous problems in were caused by the email addresses concerned.
