An email is in my Inbox on the Virgin server where I can see it as normal but it did not download to Thunderbird on my PC.
All other emails download OK.
What can I check?

BTW I notice that the sender's email address ends in co.uk not the usual .gmail.com or .ntlworld.com or similar.
I have never seen this before so maybe this is the problem. Any ideas anyone?
