Thunderbird does not download an email I can see on Virgin server

Hi,

 An email is in my Inbox on the Virgin server where I can see it as normal but it did not download to Thunderbird on my PC.

All other emails download OK.

What can I check?

If Thunderbird is configured to use POP then consider trying the following:

  • in webmail select the email message
  • select > Save as file
  • open File Explorer and locate the saved file
  • drag and drop the saved file into Thunderbird
    or
    drag and drop the saved file into webmail and when Thunderbird next checks for received message it will be download

Thanks, I'll try that.

BTW I notice that the sender's email address ends in co.uk not the usual .gmail.com or .ntlworld.com or similar.

I have never seen this before so maybe this is the problem. Any ideas anyone?
