Hi, Could anyone shed some light on what is going on with virgin email. I am getting this message on some of my emailaccounts. I can not seem to change my passwords or do anything on affected email accounts.

You're not doing anything wrong.  After you see that message just click send/reply again and the PM should go.

Could you try Graham_A's advice and sign into your community account on a different browser?
