Why as i have not changed these or can at the moment

All other account are working but this one will not . 

It will not let me change password either .  It went down yesterday all of a sudden .

Hi. Did you get a resolution to this? The same has happened to one of my email accounts too

I managed to reset the password, but it stay comes up with the authentication error

We're sorry to hear you're getting this error. So we can help further, we will need some more information from you. 

Can you please let us know the following: 

  • Are you trying to access your emails through webmail or an email client?
  • Are you able to log in to My VM directly or do you get the same issue?
  • Are you still a Virgin Media broadband subscriber?
  • When trying to reset the password through the 'Forgotten Password' link - what happens?

I am getting this message too and am currently unable to send messages (I can receive them okay, but cannot reply or send new messages).
 
  • This is happening with Virgin Media webmail and with email clients (both on my Android phone and laptop).
  • I am a Virgin Media broadband subscriber.
  • I successfully reset the password through the 'Forgotten Password' link a couple of times and still had the same issue. In the end the VM second line team reset it for me, but even this did not resolve my issue. They have suggested I contact the Gadget Rescue team, but there will then be a charge.
