Hey rich1234, thanks for your post and sorry to see you're having trouble with your email account not receiving emails.
We'd love to help, please check this page here to ensure you're following the right process for setting up the email account on your mail App depending on the device used.
Can you please advise if you can log on and receive emails ok when signing in to the email account via a laptop / pc browser here?
Also, have you tried a password reset to see if this clears out the problem at all for you?
