Terrible Virgin Media Customer Service

live chat is not responsive.

I spend hours at a time on phone hold without reply.

when I do speak to someone they redirect me to another dept and then on indefinite hold again.

no option to book an engineer

no reply from Twitter to VirginMedia

sent me the wrong upgrade tv box and sent a like for like.

WiFi with new improved Hub4.0 is worse router I’ve ever had

 No reply to my email messages sent

 Virgin media happy to take my money though

such poor service. As I’m in the early contract period I think I will just move to Sky or BT

Really sorry to hear of the experience you've been having lately, this isn't good. 

I'd also like to apologise for the delay in replying, we have been busier than usual.
