Why does my Trash folder only go back a couple of weeks? I'm trying to view a deleted email from a year ago, can I do this?  TIA. X

@Mossgielcath Any emails sent to the VM trash folder are automatically deleted seven days after being deleted from the inbox.

Hello, Mossgielcath.
Thank you for your post on our help forums and sorry to hear you can't find the deleted emails from 2 weeks ago and the confusion caused with this.

Please, visit here for more on how to manage your emails and folders (including how to delete or recover emails and more info on the trash folder etc).

We wish to confirm as our insightful users above suggest, that once an email is deleted and goes to your Trash folder it will remain there for 7 days.
After this time it will be permanently removed from there and won't be recoverable.
