Suspicious email

Hi there. I received an email claiming to be from the virgin media Web team. I have attached it below. The thing is, is that I haven't had any conversations with anyone regarding volt so I'm not sure if this is even a real email or it's a scam. Please can someone help.

We can confirm this is a genuine email from Virgin Media. It may be that you’re on one of our packages that entitles you to our VOLT benefits and that this was not added correctly to your account. This email is just to confirm these have now been added.
