If you have received a letter from our Internet Security team, all the information available will be detailed in the letter.
Can you please confirm if you have followed the instructions in the letter and changed the password?
The email account is only logged into via imap/smtp but i have changed the password.
are you able to private message anything further about it such as what was done or location of login etc? Thanks
