Still no emails pre-19/06/23

So, apparently the email debacle is, according to the main forum post, resolved as of 13/07/23. Well, sorry to inform you VM - it isn’t. There’s still nothing in my ntlworld email account from before 19/06/23.

So, would you kindly refrain from pumping out dis-information to your customers and the media and admit that you still haven’t resolved the problem. Oh, and don’t bother telling me that you’re sorry and that your teams are working flat out to resolve the issue as it’s clearly not the case. If you can’t provide me with a proper response to my individual problem then, frankly, don’t bother.

If this is a lot of emails they should naturally come back within time as you can imagine this will be a high amount of data and therefore it should just updated on its own in the next few days especially if this is a few years or months.
