Still no access to my mailbox even though you've posted that issue resolved for all mailboxes

As mentioned in my previous post, I have no access at all to my email account by any means - despite you saying that the issue has been resolved for all affected accounts this is still the case

I understand about the new authentication method for mail clients but I can't even get webmail up which I view as a prerequisite prior to attempting to reconnect other clients.

If I try to access webmail via any method e.g. https://mail.ntlworld.com/mail/?AuthEventSource=SSO#inbox or by siging in to Virgin Media and using the mail link on the home page (http://mail.virginmedia.com/) or going via the 'Sign into your Mail Account' button on https://www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband/manage-email-account which just goes to https://mail.virginmedia.com/appsuite/

I always end up at https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-mail-unavailable I have a current VM account and have tried the steps on that page again just now but without success

Hi Perry,

We have now restored the ability to send and receive emails for all affected accounts. Our team are continuing to work flat out to restore historic emails into the inboxes of a small proportion of accounts. We apologise again for any inconvenience caused over the past two days.

I also have the same issue as PerryGunn. I'm unable to access my email account at all & haven't been able to since all this started. It's an absolute JOKE!!!

It's not about send/receive emails or historic emails, I wouldn't know if I can send/receive or the state of any historic emails because I still have no access whatsoever to my mailbox.

The page I'm redirect to states that 'Your Virgin Media Mail account is currently unavailable. This is either because your Virgin Media Mail account is locked, or because you don’t have an active account with us anymore.

My VM account is current and, prior to the outage, my mailbox was used daily.

I also still can't access emails - ntlworld account which could receive emails for a short time on Tuesday, but then stopped again and is now still not working.

Please can you advise how to progress this?

Sorry to hear you're also experiencing email issues, can you please confirm if the problem is signing into your account or sending/ receiving?

I still can't access my account at all.  I can sign on to Virgin Media as usual and when I try to access Virgin mail from there via the browser I get the page that states that my account is not available.
