Still no Email

I still have no access to my ntlworld email account since last week ,I keep getting this error I’ve tried setting the imap server to but still get the same message.


The provided login data to access e-mail server seems to be wrong. Please correct them. The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them

I am so sorry that you have faced an issues with your email, can I just confirm, is this an email linked to a current and active broadband account with us? 

Yes that correct.

Are you unable to log in on both web mail and client mail?

Correct can’t log in with either
