Greetings. Had a Spamhaus problem a few months ago which put my IP onto their blacklist. This meant I couldn't send any emails using a client.
The initial issue genuinely did not knowingly come from me but it was sorted - it seems to be happening again ( again i've not been doing anything to activate their spam capture algorithm but there you go).. I have made sure everything using my network is clean and malware / spyware free. There's nothing showing up.
Been in touch with them and they've stated it needs the provider to contact them and discuss freeing up my IP ( attached the reply from them).
Can someone from Virgin reading sort this for me please as, whilst i can send /receive emails from the webpage, Its massively inconvenient not to use my email client.
