I received this strange e-mail from stream@virginmedia.co.uk

Activation add to bill

MR VM-SVOD-01 (My surname). 31. (My full name then my first name again) then my account number

anyone have any idea what it is?

I called customer support and they suggested it was spam/phishing.

This is being looked into by the Community manager.  I would expect that a Moderator or Forum Team will respond tomorrow.

which is a dead link. This whole thing is very odd. They also spelled my name wrong, but got my account number correct.
