Spam

Why is mail sent from US-CERT@ncas.us-cert.gov marked as spam?

If you look at the source code (AKA header) information**, you can see what score it has been given by VM.  If you are comfortable posting the header details here, just redact the first part of any email addresses in the code for privacy.

Then you will get some specific advice and it might be escalated to review the spam filter.

**In webmail, select the email, and click the More actions menu icon, and select View source.  A window with the Email source code will show, which you can then Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C to copy it and paste in this forum.

Scroll down a bit and you will see something like this text:

X-Spam-Action: folder Spam
X-Spam-Reason: CMAE_SCORE=100.00
