Spam not trapped by Blacklist.

I use the Blacklist to reject Spam and this is working well.

However, one sender "invest@realestateintomail.co.uk" is getting regularly turning up in the spam box.

It is in the Blacklist.

If I try to add it again I get the message telling me the sender is already listed.

Any ideas what is happening or how to block this sender would be appreciated.

Re: Spam not trapped by Blacklist.

It is probably being picked up by the VM Spam filter which is applied before user filters such as the blacklist filter come into play.

Re: Spam not trapped by Blacklist.

AFAIK the Blacklist filter rule does not reject matches, it moves them to the Spam folder.

Re: Spam not trapped by Blacklist.

That is how I understand it works as well.
