Spam from vigin email

Our local neighbourhood watch uses virgin email to send out information.

When he tries to send to my email address name@something.net he gets this message

--cut

Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently:

   * name@something.net

Reason: This is the mail system at host know-smtprelay-6-imp.

I am sorry to have to inform you that your message, "E-MAILS", could not be delivered to name@something.net.

 The remote server returned the below error when attempting delivery:

550:550 5.7.1 0848ci5m031338 This message has been blocked for containing SPAM-like characteristics.

--cut

Does anyone know how to fix this?

He can send to my gmail address directly without issue.  This only seems to affect some virgin mail users who email me.

Re: Spam from vigin email

You would need to discuss this with your email service provider (the remote server) as they are doing the blocking.
