Spam content

Hi

I am receiving this message for all outgoing emails I try to send:

Message could not be sent to the following recipients: [Rod Hall [MOD EDIT: PERSONAL INFORMATION REMOVED] (554 - 554 5.2.0 SMTP602 Message contains Spam Content ;id=86x3luiqvsFlC86x3louaY;sid=86x3luiqvsFlC;mta=smtp2.tb;d=20210205;t=203933[CET];ipsrc=172.25.160.151;
)

Please help.

The edit option is only available for 30 minutes after posting.  In this case the personal details have now been removed by the Moderators after I flagged it to them.

Latter error is usually correct by refreshing webmail page (pressing Ctrl + Shift + R) and the former due to text that appears consistently in your emails, for example an email signature and/or URL. To locate the cause of the Spam Content warning try the following steps:

      1. sign into webmail
      2. setup the problem email and put your own email address in the To field
      3. highlight half of the email content and Cut (Ctrl + X)
      4. select Send
      5. select 2019-02-22.jpeg
      6. if email sent in step 4 arrives in your
        6a. Inbox then repeat step 3 but this time cut the other half
        6b. Spam folder then select Reply to Sender and repeat step 3 if the cause cannot be identified
