8 years ago I moved suppliers from Virgin - I set up an email forward from my VM account to my new providers email fully expecting my VM email to be deleted after a period of time.
18 months ago I started getting "bounce backs" forwarded from my old VM account, it became apparent that the account had been hacked and was sending out a lot of spam emails / malware - all the bounce backs from various servers were forwarded to me at my new provider.
I tried logging in to VM but its reports an error, I have spoken to customer services 5 times, each time they have said they will delete the account but the emails continue !
Today they have said they cant delete the account ?? and suggested I post on here to get the situation fixed ???
