I'm unable to access a secondary email address on my account, I'm getting this error when logging in:
"Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices."
Despite having waited and resetting the password, I'm still not able to gain access.
Telephone support have advised waiting 3-5 days to have this fixed, is it possible to do this any quicker through the community forum?
