Sorry, - Your mailbox in not available at the moment

Actually, its my wife's email mailbox which has been like this for a few days now. My mailbox is actually functioning ok. Is there anyone who can look into this for us.

This could be caused by a number of reasons.  Is the address linked to your current VM broadband account?

Or, it may have been locked for security reasons.

The Forum Team will ask you to change the password on the account.

If this is a secondary account you should be able to do this via your My Virgin Media account.

Otherwise you may need to use Forgotten Password: 

virgin-media-reset-username-and-password

Hi Icardy, thanks for getting in touch.

 

I'm sorry you've encountered this problem with your wife's email address. As Graham_A mentioned above we will need you to reset the password for the email address, but we may also need to adjust some settings at our end - so in the interest of getting this sorted asap I'll send a PM to confirm a few details & hope to her back from you soon.
