Some of my ntlworld emails are not downloading to my pc but if I go onto webmail they are there. I find this awkward having to sign in to virgin to check if an important email hasn't been downloaded. This happened again today when I didn't get emails from Microsoft and had to sign in to find them. How can I prevent this happening?
Is the email client on your PC configured to use POP3?
Are other email clients used to access the same account and are they configured to use POP3 or IMAP?
Are the emails that fail to download in the account's Inbox folder?
