I have been unable to access my ntlworld email account since 13th of August 2021 I receive this message when trying to click on the login page.
"Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices."
I have logon a technical support ticket with Virgin Media not as of yet no response and used to use this email for business and personnel use every day.
Please can anyone help and advise me what else I can do to get this ntlworld account working again.
