Signing in

I can sign in ok to my virgin media account but not my email and have had no mail for weeks now even after changing my password i still get "Your mailbox is not available at the moment." and not having a virgin phone calling  0345 454 1111 gets very expensive when theres never an answer.

It is likely that your email account has been locked for security reasons.

If you haven't already done so follow the instructions here:

https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-mail-my-email-account-is-locked

If that doesn't work then post back here and the VM Forum Team should be able to help you. They work through posts in date order and the wait is currently around two or three days.
