Sick of this; No Email for over two weeks and LIED too twice.

I haven't been able to access my Email for well over 2 weeks now.
I've tried various devices, various browsers, various clients and online and nothing works.
I've phoned support three times now. The password was reset (I'd already done this myself) and it didn't work.
I then rang again, the password was reset again, still didn't work and i was told that there is another way round it, but I'll have to wait for a call back, which could take up to 5 working days. UTTER LIES , as no-one rang me.
I then rang again, went through the same rubbish and was told I was being passed on to 2nd line support. Again, the same lies, only this time I was told I'd get a call in 72 hours.
Again, UTTER LIES and I've heard nothing.
Reading through this forum, it would seem this is standard practice and people are basically just downright lied too.
Is there anyone on here who can advise to how to access my Email, where it doesn't involve simply re-setting my password, which is quite simply NOT WORKING!
This is disgraceful customer service and I'm fuming.
I have accounts that I need to access, but can't.
