My aged father in law only uses his iPad now for emails.
He still has his primary account, but a second one that was set up was receiving an inordinate number of junk messages: so we set up a VirginMedia account and deleted the other NTL account.
Unfortunately, messages that are written in his Primary account are still trying to use the secondary account to send them (Obviously they're not being sent)?
I've tried to reinstate the secondary one, but I get a message saying that this account is already on this iPad????
If I check on the web, this deleted account is only suspended, and not deleted?
Looking online for assistance, there's no mention of email problems or how to report them?
Hopefully, some one can point me in the right direction to over come this?
