Sent items disappeared

Yesterday all of my emails from my Sent items disappeared (except for 5).

I'm very sorry to hear that your sent items aren't appearing in your Sent folder. For clarity, have these disappeared from your Webmail itself, or another app such as iOS Mail, or Outlook?

For the remaining 5 in the folder, are the sent dates for these recent, or older?
