Sent Blueyonder emails go into recipients junk folder

This is driving me nuts... whenever I send an email from my blueyonder.co.uk address it ends up in the recipient’s junk folder. Why? What can I do to prevent this. It even happens if I send it to myself! Help....

Does this issue happen when sending via webmail? If:
no, then confirm your email client is using the correct SMTP server when sending
yes, ask the recipient to: (a) add your email address to their email service's Address Book; (b) speak with their email service provider to correct the false positive
