Sending emails.

Done upgrade on my phone, now can’t send emails. Says wrong email address or password, but I haven’t changed them

Hi Rustybrick, thanks for posting and welcome to our community.

Can I ask if you're referring to a Virgin Media email address?  If so does this mean you're attempting to do so via a client of via the website?  If it's a client. Please can I ask if you've already tried deleting and re-adding the settings?
