What is happening with Virgin emails, I keep getting message that outgoing server is not responding, I then go onto my virgin media to check status and have to click link that asks if I am using blueyonder email, I click as requested only to be told that they are having problems but that emails can still be sent and received, no they cannot.
I have had a similar problem as my emails won't send. This has been happening on and of for a few weeks. Their help section is pathetic and won't bother with their helpline as others have said the wait could be up to 3 hours.
You can check your listing yourself but there is no point requesting removal until you have found and deleted the spambot. https://www.spamhaus.org/query and type in your external IP you can gets this my typing "whats my ip" into google.
