Sending emails fails

Using a virgin media address have had to try several times to send an email, usually my account not recognised then after swearing and retries it works and appears in my sent box. @virginmedia address using primary user name not alias.

Should add incoming mail seems to work, including spam to the alias that the filters usually trap

Cheers for popping along - sorry that you're having some issues sending emails at the moment. 

 

Can I ask how you are accessing your email account? Is this via webmail or another email client? 

 

Does this happen on all emails you are trying to send?

Have you recently changed or updated your password? 

 

I have located your account and have done a couple of checks - all is looking as it should here with your email. If you're still struggling, pop back answering the questions and we'll go from there.

Seems to working now. Using mail app on an iPad mini.
