My emails are failing to send when I am not on wifi?

Is this though a client or webmail
Does this happen on an alternative network
Do you get an error message like VM***
I can receive emails mobile or wifi, but can only send emails when on wifi via my Samsung email app, when on mobile data emails fail to send via samsung email app.
I have tried to renew my password etc, it has not worked for over a week.
Tried talking to virgin via phone, may aswell have been talking to a brick wall, useless.

@lsovaw one thing I would be curious to know, in the mail app settings, what server is listed for outgoing mail? Is it smtp.virginmedia.com or smtp.blueyonder.com or something else?
It depends on what your email ends in lsovaw

My settings are virgin media, emails work if I use a browser.
