Security issue with our email account

We've been notified that one of the email addresses linked to our account has likely been compromised.  I am unable to log in to my virgin media account as it tells me all our email addresses are linked to secondary accounts, is there any way of sorting access to the primary account?  I want to do everything we can to make sure our security is as robust as possible.  The email account in question has been blocked temporarily I understand.

You can use the Forgotten username route to find out what the Primary account is. 

virgin-media-reset-username-and-password 

If you are locked out of the primary account then you will need to wait for the VM Forum Team staff to reach this post.  This will take a day or so as this is a bank holiday weekend.

Thanks Graham, just tried that, but it says all the email addresses link to secondary accounts..I'm going round in circles!
