Secondary emails not working

On our wavelength

So after weeks of internet issues, now my secondary email addresses do not work. I've tried accessing them directly on the site and i recieve the same issue-

"The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them."
Anyone have any ideas?
(No i havnt changed anything, this problem follows a virgin media scheduled repair on email services)

I have the same problem, 1 email ok and the other two getting the same as you, I don't even understand what it means!
