My husband has a secondary email on my account. I need to reset his password but the option to change it is now not there, it just says delete next to his.

Any ideas how I can do this or set him up so he can change his own password

Go to Forgotten your Password? | Reset Here | Virgin Media , enter his email address and then follow the instruction to reset the password.
