Secondary email password reset

I too am unable to reset secondary email passwords that I set up for my family some time ago. I cannot go through the reset password process as the security questions are not set for these email accounts. 

It’s crazy that the option to manage other email account base been removed. 

I need a VM techie to contact me please.
