My daughter uses one of my secondary email accounts and has forgotten the password. From my primary account I am unable to do anything but delete the account, which is very annoying as I created and therefore own the account. The secondary account has been used for email only and has never had reason to log onto My Virgin Media to set up a DOB or Security Question. Now she is unable to log into the email account and I cannot make changes to an email account I created. Please can someone from Virgin help as this is over the top security!!

Welcome to the club. At the moment I have been without email for 8 days, and am told I must wait another 5 (at least) before I get an update. Which will probably be “reset your email password”…
Personally I think it’s appropriate security, as my wife utterly hated the fact I, as primary account holder, effectively managed her email access. It’s the communication and execution of the change that has been flawed in the extreme.
