One of my secondary virginmedia.com email accounts showed up blank today ie no history etc. I logged onto webmail and that was empty too, ie nothing in Inbox, Sent, Deleted etc
I can send an email to the account and it arrives and I can send one out of the account and it arrives.
iPad, iPhone and Desktop all show the same.
Yesterday I updated Office 2003 to 2019 on the Desktop and it was all OK when I switched OFF.
One questions did you check if they were in your deleted emails ?
If nothing is in webmail then the problem I am afraid unless you have backed up your own emails then all the emails are gone. It is your responsibility to backup your emails.
