Secondary email address

I have been trying for over a week to 'reset' my secondary email address, but, every time I try I either get an error message from Virgin, or that I have used the wrong password for the email address.

I have recently changed my contract with Virgin, could this have any bearing on this matter?

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Forums.

I'm very sorry to hear you're experiencing issues resetting the password to a secondary email address. Can you please let us know what the error message is, and any screenshots (if possible)?

Are you also able to try using a different browser and using Incognito/Private mode? Changing your contract wouldn't have any effect on your email services, unless you have moved home - in which case, we may need to transfer the account.
