I'm sorry to hear you've had some trouble accessing the email of a Secondary Account. The functionality to reset a Secondary Account has been removed from the Main My Virgin Media account in the last few updates.
You should be able to reset the password directly by heading here and popping in the necessary details. Please let us know how this goes, and we'll do our best to assist you further, if needed.
