Hi. I used to be able to manage secondary email accounts in my account on VirginMedia’s web page, but I can’t seem to find the relevant page anyone. I have a secondary @virginmedia.com account that has been dormant over 6 months - can I reactivate it ? I can’t recall the password, so that needs resetting too. 😕

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your secondary email. To confirm, we have changed things slightly and you cannot manage a secondary email from a page within the app. Instead you can now log in using the secondary email and your current password and you should be able to access it this way.
When you say you have forgotten the password do you mean you main password for My Virgin Media?
