Secondary email account lost

I seem to have accidentally deleted my secondary email account, can anyone help?

@Gee2 The answer depends on from where you have deleted it.

If you have deleted it from an email app or client then you should be able to add it back again although you may need to follow the steps to generate an app password in order to access it.

If you have deleted it from the list of other My Virgin Media accounts when signed into your primary account then that is more problematic.  If this is what has happened you will have to hope that the VM Forum Team can get to it in time to reverse the deletion process.  There is no guarantee that they will be able to do so as the process is time critical.

Thanks for responding so quickly. I think but don’t recall doing it tbh, that I’ve deleted from my other accounts.  I registered an iCloud email address for access and think I replaced it with this one.  I’d not accessed it for some time and tried resetting the password.  It would only allow me to sign in with initially the primary email and now just the iCloud one.  Hope VM support can help here.  Gee

It may just be that you have changed the log in username of the Ntlworld email address to an iCloud email address.  This doesn't delete the underlying Ntlworld email address.

What happens if you try to sign in to VM webmail at https://mail.virginmedia.com/ using the iCloud email address as the username together with the Ntlworld account password?

We're sorry to hear there's been some confusion around your secondary email address and whether or not it's been deleted. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
