Desperate for some help! My secondary email is locked and despite communicating with agents on 3 occasions - and being assured that the problem would be solved and calls closed - I still can’t access my email which I need to access asap.
The last occasion I was told they had to remove and then re-add to the primary account and to wait 1 hour and I would definitely be able to access no problem. I still can’t access with the reset password which they sent me a form to submit, and if I try forgotten password option I get the error code DEF01. Frazzled
