Since Friday, a secondary email account on the primary account is getting message that the mailbox is unavailable when clicking the mail tab after logging in at virginmedia.com. Email also not working on the phone.
I saw on Friday a message about a problem with some unavailable mailbox error but it now shows the service working normally but yet I cannot access the mailbox.
Have been talking to on-line chat who have tried helping. Been a pain trying to explain the problem for over an hour before they say they have no access to secondary mail boxes.
There has got to be an easier way than this nightmare of not being able to access email with nobody at VM able to help.
