I cannot access my Primary Account and only access my Secondary Account. I have never asked for a Secondary Account. I have been with Virgin Media since 2007 when NTLWORLD was around and have never made changes since then until I changed to a Gmail Email Account a year ago. How can I get access to my Primary Account???

You should be able to find out what Virgin Media believe your primary account username to be by following the forgotten username path here:
